The Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurship (RICE) EDA Investment #: 04-79-07596 Request for Proposals (RFP)- Russell New Urban Development on behalf of the Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurship (RICE) solicits and will accept proposals for professional design services from Architects for the following scope of work: RICE Phase III design and construction for the continuing adaptive reuse of the 504 Fair Street property, including Architectural, Civil, Structural & MEP engineering plus LEED and commissioning services. Phase III scope of work includes various interior and exterior renovations and new construction projects. Submittal Date: Proposal responses must be received not later than 4:00PM on April 21, 2022. Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference: The conference will be held Friday, April 8, 2022, at 10:00AM located on the 3rd floor at 504 Fair Street, Atlanta, GA 30313 to provide potential Proposers with information regarding this project and to address any questions.
