This USAF policy Five-Year Review was conducted in accordance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act and was approved by the Georgia Department of Natural Resources' Environmental Protection Division (GA EPD). The purpose of a Five-Year Review is to evaluate the implementation and performance of remedies taken at installation restoration program (IRP) sites to clean up historical impacts and to determine if these remedies remain protective of human health and the environment.
