Request for Proposals J & A, Inc. Solicits

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS J & A, Inc. solicits proposals for performance of all maintenance for all of the development units managed by J & A, Inc. on a per unit/per month basis or the period beginning January 1, 2020 and ending December 31, 2022 with the option of J & A, Inc. to extend the contract for three additional one year periods at the conclusion of the term referenced hereinabove on the same conditions and for the same contract fee. Responses will be graded in accordance with the grading criteria which is a part of the information available to Respondents and a contract will be awarded to the Respondent achieving the highest grade in connection with the grading criteria. Respondants may not be debarred or otherwise limited or restricted by local, state or federal government.
