Notice of Application to Relocate a Branch of a National Bank Notification is given that Fifth Third Bank, National Association, a federally chartered depository institution with its main office located at 38 Fountain Square Plaza, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 has filed an application with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency on September 13, 2022 as specified in 12 CFR Part 5 for permission to relocate a permanent, staffed branch ("Orchard Park BM") from its current location of 2090 Dunwoody Club Drive, Atlanta, Georgia 30350 to the new location of 1545 Mt Vernon Road, Dunwoody, Georgia 30338. The new location will be known as "Dunwoody BC". Any person wishing to comment on this application may file comments in writing with the Director for Large Bank Licensing by mail (to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Director for Large Bank Licensing, 400 7th Street SW, Mail Stop 10-E2, Washington, DC 20219) within thirty (30) days of the date of this publication.
