LOCAL PUBLIC NOTICE On September 10, 2020, Atlanta Television Station WUPA Inc., the licensee of television station WUPA-TV, Atlanta, GA, Channel 69, filed an application with the Federal Communications Commission requesting consent to the transfer of control of Atlanta Television Station WUPA Inc. from Sumner M. Redstone, Trustee, Sumner M. Redstone National Amusements Trust to the Sumner M. Redstone National Amusements Part B Trust and the Sumner M. Redstone National Amusements Life Income Trust. The attributable parties of Atlanta Television Station WUPA Inc. are: CBS Operations Investments Inc., ViacomCBS Inc., National Amusements, Inc., the Sumner M. Redstone National Amusements Part B Trust, the Sumner M. Redstone National Amusements Life Income Trust, the Shari Ellin Redstone Trust, and the following persons, who serve as trustees, directors and/or officers of those entities: Shari Redstone, Tyler J.
