PUBLIC RELEASE BID ANNOUNCEMENT Easterseals North Georgia Easterseals North Georgia, headquartered at 815 Park North Boulevard Clarkston, GA 30021 is accepting formal Invitation for Bids for food items for the Child and Adult Food Care Program (CACFP). CACFP is a federal nutrition program funded by the USDA to ensure children and adults throughout Georgia have access to nutritious meals. Easter Seals Daycare will be serving an estimated 13,000 meals weekly for breakfast, lunch and snack Monday-Friday across DeKalb, Fulton, Gwinnett, Jackson, Madison and Barrow Counties. We are seeking vendors who can service each one of these counties. The initial contract period is January 16, 2025 - September 30, 2025. Renewals will align with the CACFP fiscal year, and the remaining renewal terms are 10/1 to 9/30. The contract may be renewed for four renewal periods (may not exceed four renewals and automatic renewals are prohibited). The Invitation for Bid will close on Tuesday January 7, 2025 and must be submitted to Ms. Watson no later than 5:00pm. A public bid opening will be held on Wednesday January 8, 2025 at 1:00 PM at 815 Park North Boulevard Clarkston, GA 30021. Contracts will be reviewed by Bright from the Start.
