Public Notice of Decision: Georgia State University (Gsu)

PUBLIC NOTICE OF DECISION: Georgia State University (GSU) has made the difficult decision of demolishing the existing Sparks Hall located at 33 Gilmer Street, Atlanta, Fulton County, Georgia, to meet the goals of our strategic plan which includes identity, place making and belonging and expanding the central campus quad to enhance the student experience. Public responses were reviewed and considered as part of this decision. This Notice of Decision fulfills the requirements of the Georgia Environmental Protection Act of 1991. 7-15-25
