PUBLIC NOTICE OF DECISION: Georgia State University (GSU) has made the difficult decision of demolishing the building at 148 Edgewood, Atlanta, Fulton County, Georgia, to meet the goals of our strategic plan which includes identity, place making and belonging and creating safer and more active space for the student community. Public responses were reviewed and considered as part of this decision. This Notice of Decision fulfills the requirements of the Georgia Environmental Protection Act of 1991. 7-15-25
