PUBLIC NOTICE Notice of Initiation of the Section 106 Process-Public Participation in accordance with the FCC's Nationwide Programmatic Agreement. Space X intends to install an unmanned telecommunications facility on the rooftop of the Ponce City Market building at 675 Ponce de Leon Avenue NE, Atlanta, Fulton County, Georgia (Latitude: 33° 46' 20.99" N and Longitude: -84° 21' 55.01" W). The proposed development will include the installation of 40 Starlink Gateway antennas with rooftop ballasted mounts, associated equipment, and utility routing at the Ponce City Market building. Space X is publishing this notice in accordance with Federal Communications Commission regulations (47 CFR § 1.1307) for Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and for the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
