Notice of Seizure U.S. Treasury Department Internal Revenue Service On May 1, 2019 the Internal Revenue Service seized 2016 Range Rover HSE bearing VIN#SALGS2VF7GA825936 (Seizure #56190038-01); gold colored ring with clear stones (Seizure# 56190039-01); gold colored ring with clear stones (Seizure #56190040-01); gold colored chain with clear stones (Seizure #56190040-02); silver colored bracelet with clear stones (Seizure #56190040-03); gold colored chain "Kofi Skills" pendant with clear stones (Seizure #56190040-04); gold colored chain "Proffits 360" pendant with clear stones (Seizure #56190040-05); 2 gold colored men's rings with clear stones (Seizure #56190041-01); gold colored chain necklace with clear stones with "SF" pendant with clear stones (Seizure #56190041-02); Movado bold gold colored watch with black face (Seizure #56190041-03); gold colored chain bracelet with clear stones (Seizure #56190041-04); 6 watches (Seizure #56190046-01); 6 men's rings (Seizure #56190046-02); 3 bracelets (Seizure #56190046-03) and 2 chains with pendants (Seizure #56190046-04) at 5571 Hickory Stone Drive, Douglasville, GA 30135 and on May 17, 2019 seized the Contents of Bank Account #xx-xxxx-0285 in the amount of $28,124.65 from PNC Bank, 4100 W. 150th St., Cleveland, OH 44135 as property forfeitable under 18 USC 981 for involvement in a violation of 18 USC 1956. Any person claiming an ownership interest in this asset must file a claim no later than 30 days following the last publication of this notice, in accordance with 18 USC 983(a)(2)(B). The final claim date will be on August 9, 2019.
