The claims stem from an alleged fraudulent investment scheme. Chris Poucher is further given notice that on October 26, 2020, the Honorable Eleanor L. Ross, United States District Judge for the Norther District of Georgia, issued an Order in the above-captioned lawsuit. Pursuant to that Order, Defendant Chris Poucher is hereby commanded to file an Answer with the Clerk of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Atlanta Division, within sixty (60) days from the date that the October 26, 2020 Order was entered. Defendant Chris Poucher is also commanded to take notice that this Notice of Service by Publication is issued in the name of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Atlanta Division, and is issued pursuant to the authority of said Court.
