PUBLIC NOTICE Transportation Committee March 1, 2023 9:30 a.m. The Transportation Committee of the Atlanta City Council will hold a Public Hearing in City Hall 55 Trinity Avenue, S.W., 2nd Floor, Committee Room 1 on the following proposed legislation: 23-O-1111 AN ORDINANCE BY TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OR HIS DESIGNEE, ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ATLANTA, TO ABANDON PORTIONS OF A PUBLIC STREET KNOWN AS NORTH CIRCLE DRIVE CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 0.2026 ACRES LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 248 OF THE 17TH DISTRICT OF FULTON COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING MORE SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED IN THE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A", TO LWH CAREY PARK, LLC; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED FOR SUCH ABANDONED RIGHT-OF-WAY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
