PUBLIC NOTICE Transportation Committee January 25, 2023 9:30 a.m. The Transportation Committee of the Atlanta City Council will hold a Public Hearing in City Hall 55 Trinity Avenue, S.W., 2nd Floor, Committee Room 1 on the following proposed legislation: 22-O-1897 AN ORDINANCE BY TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OR HIS DESIGNEE, ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ATLANTA, TO ABANDON PORTIONS OF A PUBLIC STREET KNOWN AS STEWART AVENUE, CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 0.125 ACRES LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 108 OF THE 14TH DISTRICT OF FULTON COUNTY, GEORGIA BEING MORE SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED IN THE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A", TO KANDI KOATED ENTERTAINMENT, INC.; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED TO FOR SUCH ABANDONED RIGHT-OF-WAY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
