PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby provided that a Public Hearing will be held by the City of South Fulton City Council at its meeting on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at 8:00 P.M., at the South Fulton Arts Center (4645 Butner Rd, College Park, GA 30349), to consider the City's proposed Urban Redevelopment Plan. The area covered by the plan includes specified areas adjacent to Old National Hwy., Cedar Grove Rd., Buffington Rd., Roosevelt Hwy., the South Fulton Tennis Center, Vandiver Lake area, and multiple parks, such as Welcome All, Sandtown, Burdett, Creeland Trammel Crow. The scope of the plan will include capital improvements, repairs, renovations, public safety improvements, and infrastructure improvements in furtherance of the purpose of the Urban Redevelopment Plan. A copy of the plan is available online and may be retrieved from the City Clerk's Office. 12/9/19
