PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF SOUTH FULTON COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM Substantial Amendment to Program Year 2023 and 2024 Annual Action Plan Reprogramming CDBG Funds This Public Notice is posted to advise the community that the City of South Fulton is proposing to substantially amend its Program Years 2023 and 2024 Community Development Block Grant Annual Action Plans to reprogram funds as proposed in the table below. Reprogramming funding will allow the city to perform necessary public facility improvements, such as playground installations, and support its senior community through homeowner rehabilitation activities. The plans are available for public review on the City of South Fulton's website: https://www.cityofsouthfultonga.gov/2937/Community-Development-Block-Grant-CDBG and in person at: City of South Fulton Grants Department 4715 Frederick Dr. South Fulton, GA 30336 The 30-day public comment period will be open from March 24, 2025, to April 22, 2025. The City Council will hold two public hearings to allow for public input and plan adoption on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. and Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at 5:00 pm at: 5440 Fulton Industrial Boulevard, South Fulton, GA 30336.
