Public Notice City of South Fulton 30-Day Public Comment Period & Public Hearing Community Development Block Grant FY 2025 Annual Action Plan Notice is hereby given that the City of South Fulton draft FY 2025 CDBG Annual Action Plan is available for public review and comment. The City of South Fulton is an entitlement recipient of federal funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. As a funding requirement, the City must prepare an Action Plan, which outlines the housing and community development activities that will be funded each year in alignment with the City's 5-year (2021 2026) Consolidated Plan. The City is proposing to use its Fiscal Year 2025 CDBG allocation of $534,631 to fund the following activity: Senior Homeowner Rehabilitation The public is invited to comment on the FY 25 Annual Action Plan orally or in writing. The plan is available for public review on the City of South Fulton's website: https://www.cityofsouthfultonga.gov/2937/Community-Development-Block-Grant-CDBG and in person at: City of South Fulton Grants Department 4715 Frederick Dr. South Fulton, GA 30336 The 30-day public comment period will be open from June 11, 2025, to July 12, 2025. The City Council will hold a public hearing to allow for public input on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. at 5440 Fulton Industrial Boulevard, South Fulton, GA 30336.
