The SPB agenda includes approval of minutes for the special-called January 24, 2023, SPB meeting; a presentation of the final version of State Personnel Board Rule 478-1.16, Absence from Work; and a board vote to adopt the final version of State Personnel Board Rule 478-1.16, Absence from Work.
