NOTICE OF INTENT TO APPLY FOR ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY BROWNFIELD CLEANUP GRANT & REQUEST FOR COMMENTS October 28, 2024 The Housing Authority of the City of Atlanta, Georgia (AH) intends to apply to the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) by November 14, 2024 for a Brownfield Cleanup Grant to be used for the environmental cleanup of the property located at 2804 Yates Drive, NW, Atlanta, Georgia 30318. A draft copy of the grant application, including the draft Analysis of Brownfield Cleanup Alternatives (ABCA), will be available starting October 29, 2024 for public review and comment at the AH office located at 230 John Wesley Dobbs Avenue, Atlanta, GA 30303 during normal business hours or the documents can be requested via email (priya.wildman@atlantahousing.org). A virtual meeting will be held on November 7, 2024 at 6 p.m. The meeting will be held virtually on Zoom.
