Georgia Power Company ("Georgia Power") has filed with the Georgia Public Service Commission (the "Commission") its 2023 Integrated Resource Plan Update. This matter has been assigned Docket No. 55378 and has been scheduled for hearing before the Commission pursuant to the Integrated Resource Plan Act, O.C.G.A § 46-3A-1 et seq. The hearing for Docket No. 55378 will begin on January 16, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. and will be held in Room 110 of the Commission offices located at 244 Washington Street, SW, Atlanta, Georgia 30334-5701.
