CITY OF ATLANTA DEPARTMENT OF GRANTS AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF ATLANTA'S CITIZEN PARTICIPATION PLAN (CPP) 2022 DRAFT REVISION PUBLIC NOTICE Public Input is requested for the City of Atlanta's Draft Citizen Participation Plan (CPP) FY 2022 Revision. The City of Atlanta, in compliance with applicable U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations, has prepared a draft version of the City's CPP for the Fiscal Year 2022 Revision. The CPP sets forth policies and procedures to provide for and encourage participation by the residents of Atlanta in the development of the City's Consolidated Plan for Housing and Community Development, and the associated Annual Action Plan (AAP). The CPP also applies to any substantial amendments to the Con Plan or an AAP, the preparation of the CAPER which evaluates progress toward the Con Plan objectives, and the Fair Housing Study known as an Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice (AI) or any other successor study or report for the purpose of evaluating the City's affirmative commitment to fair housing. A draft of the City's CPP will be available for citizens via the website at www.atlantaga.gov/government/departments/grants-and-communitydevelopment and in the Department of Grants and Community Development (DGCD) office located at 55 Trinity Street, Suite 3500, Atlanta, Georgia. Comments may be provided by emailing DGCD_Planning@CityOfAtlanta.onmicrosoft.com or by calling (404) 330-6390 and leaving a recorded message. The draft report will be available July 28, 2022 August 12, 2022. All comments received during the public notice period will be considered during the CPP 2022 revision.
