Case# 2023RZ-003-12 Applicant: BRG Consulting Location: 1910 Phillps Avenue Parcel ID: 14 016300120562 Request: Applicant is requesting to rezone the property from R-1a (Urban Residential) District to R-3 (Multifamily) District to develop a new multifamily residential building.
