Notice of Public Hearing Regarding the City

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE CITY OF ATLANTA'S PROPOSED APPROVAL OF AMENDMENTS TO REDEVELOPMENT PLANS FOR EACH OF THE FOLLOWING TAX ALLOCATION DISTRICTS: (1) TAX ALLOCATION DISTRICT NUMBER ONE, AS AMENDED ATLANTA/WESTSIDE; (2) TAX ALLOCATION DISTRICT NUMBER THREE PERRY BOLTON; (3) TAX ALLOCATION DISTRICT NUMBER FIVE EASTSIDE; (4) TAX ALLOCATION DISTRICT NUMBER SIX BELTLINE; (5) TAX ALLOCATION DISTRICT NUMBER SEVEN CAMPBELLTON ROAD; (6) TAX ALLOCATION DISTRICT NUMBER EIGHT HOLLOWELL/M.L. KING; (7) TAX ALLOCATION DISTRICT NUMBER NINE METROPOLITAN PARKWAY; AND (8) TAX ALLOCATION DISTRICT NUMBER TEN STADIUM NEIGHBORHOODS. A public hearing will be held before the Community Development/Human Services Committee of the Atlanta City Council on Monday, October 14, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. in the Larry M. Dingle Committee Room of Atlanta City Hall, 55 Trinity Avenue, Second Floor, Atlanta, GA 30303. The Atlanta Development Authority (d/b/a Invest Atlanta), as redevelopment agency for the City of Atlanta's Tax Allocation Districts, has submitted proposed amendments to certain Tax Allocation District Redevelopment Plans to the City of Atlanta. The purpose of the public hearing is to seek public comment regarding the proposed approval of amendments to Redevelopment Plans for each of: (1) Tax Allocation District Number One, As Amended Atlanta/Westside; (2) Tax Allocation District Number Three Perry Bolton; (3) Tax Allocation District Number Five Eastside; (4) Tax Allocation District Number Six Beltline; (5) Tax Allocation District Number Seven Campbellton Road; (6) Tax Allocation District Number Eight Hollowell/M.L. King; (7) Tax Allocation District Number Nine Metropolitan Parkway; and (8) Tax Allocation District Number Ten Stadium Neighborhoods. At the hearing the redevelopment plan amendments shall be recommended for approval as submitted, shall be further amended, or shall be rejected and returned to the redevelopment agency for further consideration. 10-8-25
