NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ISSUANCE OF HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE PARK MULTIFAMILY HOUSING REVENUE BONDS (BRAD BLUE SKY APARTMENTS, LLC PROJECT), SERIES 2025 TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on the 8th day of November 2024, at 5:30 p.m., in the board room of the administrative offices of the Housing Authority of the City of College Park (the "Issuer") at 2000 West Princeton Avenue in College Park, Georgia, the Issuer, through its appointed hearing officer, will conduct a public hearing on the proposed issuance of revenue bonds to be designated "Housing Authority of the City of College Park Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds (BRAD Blue Sky Apartments, LLC Project), Series 2025" (the "Bonds") and on the location and nature of the proposed facilities to be financed. The Bonds will constitute "exempt facility bonds for a qualified residential rental project" pursuant to Section 142(a)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and are to be issued in a maximum aggregate stated principal amount of $30,000,000 to finance the costs of acquiring, constructing, and installing multifamily housing facilities to be located on Old National Parkway at the northeast corner of Godby Road and Old National Parkway in College Park, Georgia and to be initially owned by BRAD Blue Sky Apartments, LLC (the "Borrower"), a Georgia limited liability company. The Issuer will issue the Bonds on behalf of the City of College Park, and the facilities that are being financed will be located in the corporate limits of the City of College Park. The Public Hearing is being held for the purpose of providing a reasonable opportunity for interested individuals to express their views, orally or in writing, on the proposed issuance of the Bonds and the location and nature of the proposed facilities to be financed. THE BONDS SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE AN INDEBTEDNESS OR GENERAL OBLIGATION OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA OR THE CITY OF COLLEGE PARK BUT SHALL BE SPECIAL LIMITED OBLIGATIONS OF THE ISSUER PAYABLE SOLELY FROM LOAN REPAYMENTS TO BE MADE BY THE BORROWER TO THE ISSUER AND SHALL BE SECURED BY COLLATERAL FURNISHED OR CAUSED TO BE FURNISHED BY THE BORROWER. 10-31-24
