WYZE, Atlanta, GA Public Notice On January 28, 2019, WYZE Radio, Inc., filed an application with the Federal Communications Commission seeking consent to assign the license of AM station WYZE, Atlanta, Georgia to New Ground Broadcasting, LLC. The George H. Buck, Jr. Trust (James G. Clements, Trustee) is the 100% interest holder in WYZE Radio, Inc. The officers and directors of WYZE Radio, Inc. are Jacob E. Bogan, Ethel N. Buck, and Joyce M. Jones. Ray Neal is the 100% interest holder and Managing Member of New Ground Broadcasting, LLC.
