One-Stop Operator(s) Request for Proposal (RFP) The Northwest Georgia Regional Commission (NWGRC) is issuing a "Request for Proposal" (RFP) to procure One-Stop Operator(s) for the following Northwest Georgia counties: Bartow, Catoosa, Chattooga, Dade, Fannin, Floyd, Gilmer, Gordon, Haralson, Murray, Pickens, Paulding, Polk, Walker, and Whitfield. A detailed description of requirements is included in the RFP. The NWGRC has been selected as the Fiscal Agent and Grant Sub-recipient for Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funds. Funding is contingent upon availability of funds under Title l of the WIOA or other federal funding sources; however, it is estimated that approximately $125,000 - $225,000 will be available. 1The One-Stop Operator will coordinate the service delivery of One-Stop partners and service providers across the One-Stop service delivery system. At a minimum, the comprehensive center will have a One-Stop Operator selected and coordinate career services and/or training within the One-Stop and with services providers and partner across the Region through referrals, information sharing, reporting or other mutual service delivery assistance. The RFP may also address an additional One-Stop Operator to coordinate WIOA activities of affiliate sites with partners and service providers. Technical Assistance will only be offered at a Bidder's Conference to be held on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at 1:30 pm, Eastern Standard Time at NWGRC, 1 Jackson Hill Drive, Rome, Georgia 30161. Technical assistance in the proposal process will be provided only at the Bidder's Conference. A copy of each question/answer from the Bidder's Conference and those received by email will be available upon written request and posted online. Written questions must be received by 4:30 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday, December 9, 2019 and should be submitted to tmorgan@nwgrc.org. The on-line RFP will be available by Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at www.careerdepot.org. The RFP may also be picked up at the Bidder's Conference. To obtain proposal format, all others may pick up a copy at NWGRC, 1 Jackson Hill Drive, Rome, Georgia 30161 or request the RFP in writing. Requests for proposal formats by telephone (except FAX) will not be accepted. Deadline to submit a proposal is 4:30 pm, Eastern Standard Time, Wednesday, January 17, 2020.
