NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A PROPOSED ORDINANCE TO ADOPT THE INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE TO BE CONSIDERED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF DEKALB COUNTY, GEORGIA Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of DeKalb County, Georgia will hold a Public Hearing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at the DeKalb County, Manuel J. Maloof Center, Maloof Auditorium, 1300 Commerce Drive Decatur, Georgia 30030, which hearing may be continued or adjourned, concerning the adoption of a proposed ordinance to adopt the International Property Maintenance Code. Any interested person having views on the proposed adoption of the proposed ordinance to adopt the International Maintenance Code may be heard at the Public Hearing. 2-10-23
