Notice of Public Comment Period Finding of Suitability to Transfer (FOST) Fort McPherson, Fulton County, Georgia Dry Cleaner Site (FTMP-13) Water Tower Site (FTMP-15) The Department of the Army invites the public to review and comment on the Finding of Suitability to Transfer (FOST) for Installation Restoration Program (IRP) Sites FTMP-13 Dry Cleaner Site, FTMP-15 Water Tower Site, and Building 363, totaling approximately 14.84 acres of land at Fort McPherson in Fulton County, Georgia. The FOST concludes that the property identified is environmentally suitable for transfer in accordance with Section 120(h) of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and Department of Defense (DOD) policy. Interested members of the public may review and comment on the FOST during a 30-day Public Comment Period, from Jan 11, 2021 to Feb 10, 2021.
