NOTICE OF ESTABLISHMENT OF BRANCH Notice is hereby given that Georgia Banking Company, Fulton County, Georgia, has applied to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation to establish a branch office to be located at 4895 Lower Roswell Road, Marietta 30062. Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the Regional Director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at its Regional Office located at 10 Tenth Street NE, Suite 800, Atlanta, Georgia 30309-3849 not later than August 10, 2022. The period may be extended by the Regional Director for good cause. The nonconfidential portions of the application are on file at Regional Office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours.
