NOTICE OF DE NOVO BANK APPLICATION Pursuant to the requirements of Regulation 80-1-1-.04(1) of the Department of Banking and Finance, notice is hereby given that Charles G. Brown, III of Alpharetta, Fulton County, Georgia; Rose Weixia Jarboe and Edward Steven Oh of Atlanta, Fulton County, Georgia; John Lewis, Jr. of Atlanta, Cobb County, Georgia; James Park of Duluth, Forsyth County, Georgia; William James Abernathy, Jr. of Dunwoody, DeKalb County, Georgia; Dong Wang, Bo Shen, and Lillie Cheng Fey of Johns Creek, Fulton County, Georgia; Yimin Yang of Marietta, Cobb County, Georgia; and Julin Gu of Norcross, Gwinnett County, Georgia, and incorporated by James W. Stevens of Smyrna, Cobb County, Georgia, have filed applications for approval for charter with the Department of Banking and Finance and for deposit insurance with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. The proposed Loyal Trust Bank is to be located at 11675 Medlock Bridge Rd., Johns Creek, Fulton County, Georgia 30097. Any person wishing to comment on and/or protest the application filed with the Department of Banking and Finance may do so by filing written notice with the Department of Banking and Finance, State of Georgia, 2990 Brandywine Road, Suite 200, Atlanta, GA 30341-5565, by April 13, 2019. The Department of Banking and Finance will also accept and take official constructive notice of all written comments and notices timely filed with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Nonconfidential portions of the application filed with the Department are available for review in the offices of the Department during regular business hours. Costs associated with reproduction of records and formal hearings shall be borne by those persons requesting such information or hearings. Any person wishing to comment on the application filed with the FDIC may file his or her comments in writing with the regional director of the FDIC at the FDIC office located at 10 Tenth Street, NE, Suite 800, Atlanta, Georgia 30309-3906 not later than April 13, 2019. The nonconfidential portions of the application are on file at the appropriate FDIC office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours.
