Notice of Availability of the Draft Environmental Assessment

NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF THE DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT FOR THE FIVE POINTS STATION TRANSFORMATION The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) announce that the Draft Environmental Assessment (EA) is available for public review and comment. The Draft EA analyzes and discloses the potential environmental impacts and proposed mitigation strategies associated with the Five Points Station Transformation in Atlanta, Fulton County, Georgia. MARTA will host an in-person public open house on the Draft EA to be held at Five Points Concourse Level, 30 Alabama St SW, Atlanta, GA 30303, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 14, 2023. Representatives from MARTA and their consultants will provide information about the Draft EA.
