NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR BANK CHARTER AND DEPOSIT INSURANCE Notice is hereby given that application has been made by Tandem Bank (a proposed Georgia bank), to be located at 2356 Main Street, Tucker, Georgia 30084, to the Georgia Department of Banking and Finance ("GDBF") for a bank charter and to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC") for deposit insurance. The organizers of the proposed bank include: Franklin G. Auman, Peggy A. Berg, Milton C. Burge, Jr., Michael J. Burke, Lloyd Sanford Burns III, Charles M. DeWitt, Joseph S. Ellis, Jr., Craig S. Heiser, Richard E. Huddleston, William L. Kane, Fred R. Slotkin, David B. Spratte, Sr. and Charles H. Van Horn. Any person wishing to comment or protest this application may file his or her comments in writing with the GDBF at 2990 Brandywine Road, Suite 200, Atlanta, Georgia 30341-5565 or with the regional director of the FDIC at the FDIC office located at 10 Tenth Street NW, Atlanta, Georgia 30309-3849, no later than February 11, 2019. The nonconfidential portions of the application are on file at the appropriate FDIC office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours.
