LEGAL NOTICE The Georgia Public Service Commission is conducting a Review of Expenditures Pursuant to Georgia Power Company's Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity for Plant Vogtle Units 3 and 4, Twenty-eighth Semi-annual Construction Monitoring Report. This matter has been assigned Docket No. 29849 and is scheduled for hearing before the Georgia Public Service Commission on June 1, 2023 immediately following the Committee Meetings beginning at 9:30 a.m. This hearing may be held in Room 110 of the Georgia Public Service Commission offices located at 244 Washington Street, SW, Atlanta, Georgia 30334. In accordance with O.C.G.A. Section 46-2-59(c), persons wishing to intervene must file a Petition to Intervene with the Georgia Public Service Commission within thirty (30) days of the first publication of this notice. Pursuant to the Georgia Public Service Commission's Alternative eFile instructions, any pre-filed testimony or statements by intervnors must be filed with the Georgia Public Service Commission's Executive Secretary by no later than 4:00 p.m. on June 22, 2023. All testimony must be pre-filed. Parties of record must also serve one another copies of any pre-filed testimony.
