LEGAL NOTICE Georgia Power Company ("Georgia Power") has filed with the Georgia Public Service Commission (the "Commission") a Joint Petition to Extend the Alternate Rate Plan. Copies of the filing are on file with the Commission and are also available for inspection at the region offices of Georgia Power. This matter has been filed under Docket No. 44280 and has been scheduled for hearing before the Commission pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 50-13-13. The hearing for this matter will begin on June 26, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. and will be held in Room 110 of the Commission offices located at 244 Washington Street, SW, Atlanta, Georgia 30334-5701.
