An Application for A Certificate of Incorporation

An application for a certificate of incorporation of a bank to be known as Tandem Bank and to be located at 2356 Main Street, Tucker in DeKalb County, Georgia, will be made to the Secretary of State of Georgia by James W. Stevens, Troutman Sanders LLP, 600 Peachtree Street NE, Suite 3000, Atlanta, Georgia 30308 in accordance with Chapter 1 of Title 7 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, the Financial Institutions Code of Georgia. A copy of the articles of incorporation of such proposed bank and the application have been filed with the Department of Banking and Finance.
