North America Shirdi Sai Temple of Atlanta (Nassta)

North America Shirdi Sai Temple of Atlanta (NASSTA) plans to construct and add three facilities 1. Fellowship Hall/Yagasala/Shoe Storage/ Main Entrance Canopies (4,635 Sq. Ft. excluding 6' wide wraparound covered walkway, ) 2. Temple Kitchen/ Laundry (620 sq. ft.) 3. Meditation Hall (2,200 sq. ft.) at their Suwanee property and solicit info from experienced contractors/ construction companies for construction. Areas indicated should be considered as approximate numbers. The design drawings and bid documents are being developed & NASSTA plans to issue the 100 % construction documents with Request for Proposals (RFPs) to selected construction companies by end of March 2023. The architect's estimate for construction of all three facilities is $3M to $3.5M range. Location: 700 James Burgess Road, Suwanee, GA 30024 Construction companies experienced in commercial construction & interested in submitting bids for this project are requested to provide following information to NASSTA to pre-qualify & receive RFP's. 1. Experience Summary (commercial construction). Relevant experience & qualifications for projects that are comparable in complexity, size and function. 2.
