HOUSING AUTHORITY OF CLAYTON COUNTY, GEORGIA REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS ADVERTISEMENT INVITATION TO BID HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANT BID NUMBER RFP-01-9-22 The Housing Authority of Clayton County (the "Authority") is seeking a firm or agency with extensive experience, to perform general Human Resources services. This experienced individual or firm will provide Human Resource operations, infrastructure, and strategy consulting services, as directed by the Authority and deliver written advice and risk mitigation strategies for general employment-related issues and concerns. Proposals are available on the Authority's website at housingauthorityclayton.com and responses must be received by the Authority at 732 Main Street, Forest Park, Georgia 30297 no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, November 4, 2022. Proposals should be plainly marked as "Proposal Human Resource General" with the firm's name and return address. Faxed or e-mailed proposals are not acceptable and late proposals will not be opened. Prospective proposers desiring any explanation or interpretation of the solicitation must submit requests to the attention of Denise Zeigler at denisezeigler@haccga.onmicrosoft.com. The deadline for question submittal is 5:00 p.m. EST, Friday, October 14, 2022. Submission will be evaluated on the criteria stated in the RFP. After evaluation of the responses, the contract will be awarded to the proposer representing the best value to the Authority. This procurement action will not utilize federal program housing assistance in the form of operating funds, capital fund assistance or any other grant assistance covered by 24 CFR Part 85.
