Carroll Daniel Construction (CDCC) Invites Qualified Bidders

Carroll Daniel Construction (CDCC) invites qualified bidders to submit lump sum bids for bid packages associated with the Coan Middle School project located at 1550 Hosea L Williams Drive NE, Atlanta, GA 30317. The scope of this project includes HVAC and Electrical upgrades with some minor finishes. Bids will be received by the Construction Manager until 2:00 PM, local time, on Thursday, July 14, 2022, by email only. A preproposal meeting will be held on site, contact CDCC for details. Bids must be submitted on the CDCC Proposal Form along with Bid Bond if required. Bids must be submitted per the requirements of the instructions to Bidders, Requirements for All Bid Packages, and the appropriate Bid Package Scope of Work. Email your bid to the email address designated below for receipt of bids. Bids received after the time is called will not be accepted. Emailed bids should be sent to bids@carrolldaniel.com and must have the word "Bid" and the "Project Name" in the subject. All emailed quotes must be received prior to 2:00 PM.
