NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE STATE OF GEORGIA, CLAYTON COUNTY WHEREAS, Donald E. Messner and Linda M. Messner executed a Deed of Trust to Emily Welsh, which was dated July 5, 2022 for tax sale and recorded on May 24, 2017 in Book 11098, Page 136, Clayton County, Georgia Register of Deeds.
