NOTICE OF MERGER Notice is given that articles of merger which will effect a merger among ConnPIRG Education Fund, Inc. incorporated in Connecticut, Florida Public Interest Research Group Education Fund, Inc. incorporated in Florida, Georgia Public Interest Research Group Education Fund, Inc. incorporated in Georgia, Iowa Public Interest Research Group Education Fund, Inc. incorporated in Iowa, Missouri Public Interest Research Group Foundation, Inc. incorporated in Missouri, Ohio PIRG Education Fund, Inc. incorporated in Ohio, New Jersey Public Interest Research Group Law and Policy Center, Inc. incorporated in New Jersey, and United States Public Interest Research Group Education Fund, Inc. incorporated in the District of Columbia will be delivered to the Secretary of State for filing in accordance with the Georgia Nonprofit Corporation Code. The name of the surviving corporation in the merger will be United States Public Interest Research Group Education Fund, Inc., a corporation incorporated in the District of Columbia. The registered office of such corporation is located at 108 E.
