Parker, P.C., a Georgia for profit corporation with its registered office at 2200 Century Parkway, NE, Suite 800, Georgia 30345 will be delivered to the Georgia Secretary of State for filing in accordance with the Georgia for profit Corporation Code. If any person or entity alleges they have a claim against Franklin E. Parker, P.C., such person or entity must deliver notice of its claim, describing the elements of its claim, the amount of such claim, and the date such claim arose, to Franklin E. Parker at 2200 Century Parkway, NE, Suite 800, Atlanta, Georgia 30345. Except for claims that are contingent at the time of the filing of the notice of intent to dissolve or that arise after the filing of the notice of intent to dissolve.
