ACCC Insurance Company, in Receivership NOTICE OF LIQUIDATION AND CLAIMS FILING DEADLINE Effective December 30, 2020, the 250th District Court of Travis County, Texas ordered the liquidation of ACCC Insurance Company (ACCC). All in-force ACCC insurance policies not already assumed by another carrier were canceled by court order effective on January 29, 2021. You can obtain information about ACCC's liquidation and a proof of claim form and instructions for filing a proof of claim at https://acccinsurance.com. All proofs of claim must be postmarked or received by the claims filing deadline of June 30, 2022 as set by the court. Claims must be filed on an approved Proof of Claim form and be postmarked or received on or before June 30, 2022, 11:59 p.m. C.D.T. 3/25/22, 3/27/22.
