Shields & Heideman Announcement is Made

Shields & Heideman Announcement is made of the engagement of Maya Shields, daughter of Dr. Lili Church & Mr. Leland Shields of Seattle, and Alexander Heideman, son of Mr. & Mrs. M.G. Heideman of Atlanta. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Joanne Church and the late Dr. Gerald Church of Two Harbors, MN and the late Mr. & Mrs. R.N. Shields of West Bloomfield, MI. The bridegroom-elect is the grandson of Mr. & Mrs. F.G. Heideman of Greensboro, GA and Mr. & Mrs. R.D. Olson of The Woodlands, TX. The couple are graduates of Emory University, where they met. The wedding is planned for Sat., Oct. 19 at the Cathedral of Christ the King followed by a reception at the Cherokee Town Club. The couple will make their home in Washington, DC.
