NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the provisions of O.C.G.A. §36-60-13(g), as amended, a public hearing will be held at 10:00 A.M. on October 16, 2019, in the Assembly Hall on the Pryor Street Level in the Fulton County Government Center located at 141 Pryor Street, S.W. in Atlanta, Georgia, regarding the financing of a building that will house various government services and certain equipment for the building (the "Project"). The Project will be financed pursuant to either a Lease-Purchase Agreement or an Installment Sale Agreement (the "Financing Agreement"), between the Association County Commissioners of Georgia ("ACCG"), as lessor/seller, and Fulton County, Georgia (the "County"), as lessee/purchaser. All persons residing in the County having questions concerning, or views on the proposed financing of the Project or the Financing Agreement may appear and be heard at said public hearing. 9/27/19, 10/04/19
