In re: Café Holdings Corp., et al, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of South Carolina, Case No. 18-05836 (hb) NOTICE OF (I) SOLICITATION OF BIDS; (II) BIDDING PROCEDURES; (III) AUCTION; (IV) SALE HEARING, AND (V) RELATED RELIEF AND DATES PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Café Holdings Corp., et al. (the "Debtors"), pursuant to that certain order approving bid and auction procedures (the "Order"), entered on January 10, 2019, by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Carolina in Case No. 18-05837 (hb), are soliciting offers for the purchase of substantially all of the assets and assumption of certain liabilities of the Debtors. Any third party that is interested in acquiring the Purchased Assets must submit an overbid confirming to the requirements set forth in the Order by not later than Monday, February 4, 2019 10:00 a.m. Eastern time. If the Debtors receive a timely conforming overbid from a qualified bidder by such deadline, the Debtors will conduct an auction with respect to the sale of the Purchased Assets in open court at the Donald S. Russell Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse, 201 Magnolia Street, Spartanburg, South Carolina 29306, Thursday, February 7, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The Sale Hearing will be conducted on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. Eastern time, before the Honorable Helen E. Burris, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Carolina, Donald S. Russell Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse, 201 Magnolia Street, Spartanburg, South Carolina 29306.
